Nick wrote a series of workout articles for Zest magazine, under the heading 'Zest HOT TIPS'. This particular article detailed 'How to... Lift Weights'.
It concentrated on the use of dumb-bells and decsribed a number movements to improve your workout. These included 'All-fours butt-blaster', 'Heel-to-toe crunch' and 'Tricep kick-back and bicep curl'.
